Spirituality without male religions? What is your journey as a female? What should a man do?

I'm interested in knowing if there is anyone here who is an ex atheist or someone who was always a theist. I know there are atheists on this website, but the atheist movement was formed by men, there's going to be sexist underpinnings that carry over from theocratic traditions. I don't feel the need to bring up humanity's pre-history involving Goddess worship, we know it's a reality going back as far as 50,000 years and maybe even longer. I personally believe there is a creator after my own experiences, I have never consistently upheld atheistic views, I don't believe the reality of evolution rules out the possibility of a Goddess. I know assigning a sex to an all powerful being sounds weird, but the thought of assigning to some sexless form of infinite energy is even more beyond our comprehension(although we could be wrong in that regard)

I have spoke with some Shaktas and I'm even working on the Devi Bhagavatam myself(essentially the Bible for Hindus who worship Shakti) and Shakti is the concept, her forms such as Durga, Kali and Lakshmi are avatars, she even incarnates as male gods(Vishnu and Shiva) but then you're asking hundreds of more questions as to why. I have some experience in theology, so there is some reason to believe Shaktism could have residual traditions ancient humans once had, but I doubt the Scientific community will be open minded to this.

If the creator really is a Goddess, what can we do to worship? I don't want to make something imaginary in my head, but then again the idea of rules in religion is a patriarchal concept, but I shouldn't assume a Goddess is some space hippie giving candy to everyone. I guess this is going on too long, we could elaborate as we discuss, I know the idea of religion and spirituality can be arbitrary.


