My thoughts on Bini the Bunny's death

Like I mentioned before, all of these YouTubers owning cute pet rabbits that eventually pass away, is why I can never own a pet rabbit myself. It will be too sad when they die. They don't live as long as we do.

Humans live to about 80 years old on average, while domesticated rabbits only live for about 10 years on average. Bini was 11.

As for how Shai Lighter handles his grief of losing Bini this year, he adopts a new lop rabbit which appears to be the same breed as Bini. He named that rabbit, Bini Jr.

The channel, OneMorePlease adopted a new rabbit called Pigpoke when they lost Pipkin, back in 2021. Both of them are the same breed of Dutch rabbits.

I guess when you lose a pet that you love, getting another one of a very similar appearance, can ease some of the pain.

RIP to all of the cute rabbits that have died, and may the ones who are still living right now, live a very long, healthy and happy life.


