There was an episode on Kitchen Nightmares about Amy's baking company which she ran with her husband, Samy. Gordon Ramsay could not save their restaurant because both of them were too stubborn to make positive changes, so he walked out. Of course, the restaurant failed and eventually closed.

Though the non-dessert dishes, were garbage, Amy's cakes were very much on point. Even Ramsay liked them.

Amy should have just turned her restaurant into a bakery where she sells cakes and other desserts. Obviously, she would have been way more successful within the food business.


