Anyone who has common sense would have called 911, had they seen someone they were socializing with, fall off a balcony. The fact that he ran away, means he is most likely guilty of causing her fall and did not want the authorities to suspect him. Even if he didn't cause her fall, he was still negligent of her wellbeing by not calling for help and not checking on her.

I'm tired of all these young women and girls going missing or ending up dead, while it has something to do with a male.


