How would you redefine government?

I guess this is a vague question, I am talking about an ideal world government where women only hold political positions. Obviously I am not a woman, wanted a woman's perspective here and how the world should function. What level of power should men have in society? Do you limit men to authority positions involving the military, construction, corporate and agricultural sectors? The women run the political and financial sectors? I know this proposal is an incel's worst nightmare, but I would prefer a comfortable planet over a chaotic one.

I personally believe global governance can't work, humans are not wired for it and certainly all other mammals are territorial as well and we don't see that cooperation out in nature. You think women can make nationalism work? Or is it inherently male in nature?


