I MIGHT give this site away

This feminist website isn't growing at all, right now. Now, I REALLY want to give it away. The woman I give it away to, needs to be a feminist and she needs to have a background in web development, so she can manage the site. In mid June of last year, the Distro Sisters(feminist organization) were positive on the idea on taking over FemiNuremberg for me, but they told me to wait until mid 2026, when they have the infrastructure to manage it, to revisit this idea. That means I might have to wait approximately 5 more months for them to discuss this with me again. I don't want to rush them. However, I don't know if they will respond to a another email by me, and I really want to give away this website as soon as possible. I'm afraid that the Distro Sisters may change their mind on taking over the site, by then. Hopefully they won't.

I have outdone myself in programming a functional video hosting platform with a comment section, forum and chatroom. However, there is no point of me owning this site given that I suck at promoting it to women, I'm male(I really care about women but even then, knowing that a male owns this site, may deter a lot of feminists from joining), and the site is a financial liability to me(about 80 CAD a month which increases slightly every year, probably due to inflation). It would be worth it if I could actually grow the audience on a continuous basis but I just can't. I don't care about making money with the site or having recognition for programming it. I just want a feminist video hosting platform to exist, especially since there are other feminist platforms like spinster.xyz to complement it, and there are misogynistic incel sites that need to be countered.

I feel that if the Distro Sisters were in charge of this site, it will grow a lot faster.


