I have no idea to be honest. 'She' clearly sounds like a man and has an Adam's apple, but sources on Google say she is NOT transgender.
If 'she' is actually a man, then there would have been a massive wrongdoing towards the WNBA. No pun intended.
What do you personally think? Is Brittney Griner a man, or is she just a very masculine woman with high testosterone?
