e Satanic Panic, by an LPC therapist named Jon K. Uhler, who admits he participated in the Satanic Panic in the 90s and continues to push the ideology today.

I discuss the established medical phenomena of confabulation and delusion, which I've encountered personally and professionally. At the end of this constructed debate, I take a trip down memory lane and explain how therapist-affirmed false accusations made during the Satanic Panic impacted the trajectory of my life.

Families were torn apart by the Satanic Panic. People went to jail. Careers were destroyed. Lives were ruined. Some wanted to mimic therapists in movies by discovering their own Sybils. Vulnerable members of the public, confused by their symptoms, looked to therapists to affirm socially acquired beliefs. The parallels to the gender ideology zeitgeist are clear. Everything old is new again, for there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes).
