I read/react to an article looking at MRI scans of trans and non-trans individuals before and after hormone therapy (or before and after no intervention). Spoiler alert: they didn't find a 'trans brain.' They found regular brains that reacted predictably to drugs. One of those predictable reactions was that estrogen+testosterone blockers made the male brains shrink.
