Jazz has never seemed excited to see her, and I suspect he resents her for the inescapable farce she helped make of his life. Meanwhile, he nods off during this therapy session multiple times, states he does not care, is goaded with leading questions into conceding that he thought about possibly ending his life, and otherwise does not want to be in that room. Jeanette explains that if Jazz doesn’t care, she’s there to make him care. Rupert provides emotional support simply by existing. Good cat.
