I'm asking a murky question on a forum like this, that's why I'm looking for the opinion of feminist women. I've always been a theist at heart, even when I was a rebellious atheist. I have always held that God was female in form, even before I got exposed to the internet and grew older, I viewed nature through more of a maternal lens. Women create life, men play a helper role. Obviously males have souls, we're just not built the same as women and there's nothing wrong with that. Men should understand their limits, it's going to make this world a better place.
Sadly there's no Bible or Quran for Goddess figures; there's the Devi Gita from India, but Hinduism is a patriarchal religion and always has been. I don't even follow any cryptic rules, I simply try to appreciate nature more and my place in it. Now I believe the Goddess isn't a hippie, I do believe in a final judgement, I believe in concepts like Heaven and Hell. I believe the Goddess can be merciful, she can also be a harsh judge.
I would like to further explore this religious angle without looking at it with a male gaze.
