Happy National Ice Cream Day! What's your favorite ice cream?

I don't eat ice cream a lot because I normally try to eat a low carb diet, but when I do have it, I personally prefer mint chocolate chip. Well, I can do without the chocolate chips but so far I can't find any mint ice cream on its own, at the store. I like that type of ice cream because it's usually green(my favorite color) and because I like the taste of mint.
