It's so annoying how Americans are so obsessed with football that it's among the top Google searches every single day! I kid you not. Right now, the top 7 searches ALL have something to do with the NFL games or possibly other football organizations.



Seriously?

Because of this football obsession, I can barely find anything interesting that people search for, which I can talk about on this forum.

Football is a useless sport anyways. I mean, it can be fun to play but I wouldn't waste my time WATCHING it, and I don't know why anyone else likes to watch it, or sports in general. Combat sports like MMA are pretty much the only type of sports that are fun to watch, in my opinion. With other sports, I don't see what's so entertaining about moving a ball around, if you are not apart of the game, yourself.

I feel that these athletes, especially football players, are overpaid. They don't contribute to society at all. They, and their fans, are just a bunch of dudebros who want to brag about how 'manly' they are.

Secondly, I hate the way NFL cheerleaders are treated. They are way underpaid, and are treated unfairly compared to the NFL players, and that can be seen as an example of sexism.



Not to mention, there have been a lot of NFL players who have mistreated women, such as OJ Simpson, Ray Rice, Joe Mixon, Chad Wheeler, Zac Stacy, Kevin Ware(who murdered his wife) etc. These men who are football enthusiasts can be terrible people, indeed.

Down with football. Down with the NFL.


