He raped and tried to stab a woman to death recently. He already attempted to kill another woman in the 1980s and served 20 years in prison for that. He didn't change his ways and brought his evil gangster mindset into his 50s.
I'm so glad the woman survived, but since this man already offended in the past and did his evil deed again, he needs to be locked up for life this time.
