Again, contrary to what men's activists believe, the jobs that women tend to do aren't any less important than the jobs men tend to do.
Women tend to work better with people, while men tend to work better with objects. That's why cashiers and sales associates tend to be women, while general laborers tend to be men. These positions are divided into 'pink collar' and 'blue collar' jobs respectively.
White collar jobs, on the other hand, like being a scientist, politician or a business person, are supposed to be gender neutral, even though those areas have been historically dominated by men and currently still are. This is why we need to re-evaluate gender expectations/stereotypes and make these fields more friendly towards females.
No one can argue that men aren't better at lifting 100 pounds across the room, but when it comes to any subject that requires intellect, I believe women have just as much potential as men do.
