If Andrew Tate is suffering sooo badly, how is he able to make Twitter posts?

Paul Joseph Watson and like-minded people are claiming that Andrew Tate isn't guilty of any crime and he is in poor health and is suffering terribly under police custody in Romania, but I still see him making tweets on Twitter, these past 24 hours. He just made one a few minutes ago. Clearly, he is more privileged than the average 'prisoner'.
