Madison Brooks fatally struck by car after getting raped

This is a disturbing story.

A 19 year old woman who was a Louisiana State University sorority student, was said to have been raped by 4 males shortly before getting killed by a car, while stumbling on the road, drunk. The lawyers for those males are arguing that it's most likely not rape because she willingly got with them. However, if she is too drunk to give consent, it can still be classified as a sexual assault. We also need to know whether she was drugged by the males or not. Lastly, the driver of that vehicle that stuck her, needs to be investigated too.
