Ashley Rolland arrested with a black eye

I hate it when any woman gets a black eye from a man, even if she committed the most horrendous crime.

I'm not sure if it's due to one of the cops who arrested her or because her boyfriend, Nathan Bridges, was violently abusive to her. They were both arrested for the death of a 6 year old boy in Arkansas.

If the boyfriend was the one who made her look that way, then he should be charged for domestic violence, regardless of how terrible a criminal Ashley Rolland is.

Even if a cop did this to her, it would still be unjustified unless she was attacking them with a weapon. It's not a cop's place to unleash police brutality as a form of vigilante justice.



I know there is roughly an equal proportion of mothers vs fathers in America, who kill their children, but I've seen too many cases in which the MAN was the only one who directly caused a child's death and the woman was simply an accomplice, but was considered a murderer too, possibly because of the felony murder law, which I don't agree with.

RIP to the child either way.


