Why aren't women much allowed into the music industry?

Whenever I open up the YouTube or other music media, I see only men. Yes, they are mostly being allowed to write songs, they are allowed to get rich, they are allowed to steal women's music etc. If women exist in music, then they are relentlessly sexualized and have songs that are ghostwritten by men. Or at best, they are not promoted and men tell others "women never made any impact in music". On top of that, when a woman happens to be a so-called "TERF feminist", then she is threatened and cancelled.
Source: I'm myself a progressive rock multi-instrumentalist from Poland (apparently Polish people are discriminated against and the leftards make them self-hating, though they were victims of Nazi Germany).
How do I survive, if I want to be a musician, as a woman?


