Should I deplore myself for being born in Poland?

The upsides of living in Poland are not many immigrants who would instill Jihad on Polish society or practice FGM, but the downsides are the Poland is Catholic, banned abortion and I'm regularly told to be ashamed of being Polish, as a part of "white-shaming" legacy. Like, check what trans-loving Olga Tokarczuk has to say about Poland and its "awful" history of "Jew-killing" and "slavery" and many wokeists parrot her views. As if Nazi Germany didn't exist.
But maybe the wokeists are correct about my country, who knows?
