I regret I'm baptized as a Catholic

So, this is the reason why I sort of deplore the fact I'm Polish.
How can I live with the thought of unknowingly endorsing a religion that rapes children and tell women they shouldn't pursue anything other than being a homemaid or should be quiet at church and e.g. deal with being raped and stop blaming men for wanting sexual gratification.
It's notoriously hard to commit apostasy here in Poland as well and there are conspiracy theories about... Christians killing the apostates, if there is war.
How do I live with it?


